Contract Cost Details:

• The visa application and document translation fees are not included in the contract and are the responsibility of the students
• Provincial Scholarship: We manage the scholarship application process for the student and follow up the steps, but the decision and responsibility regarding the amount and payment of the scholarship remain with the university
• In the Guaranteed package, the student receives the following services: admission, visa, scholarship registration, and consultation in Italy. If the student does not receive admission or visa, the entire pre-payment will be refunded
• Services in Italy are provided via phone and consultation. We guide the student audibly or visually for each step of the process, such as: transfer from the airport to the destination city, renting a house, residence card, university registration, insurance, and bank account
• Upon the student’s request, Parex experts can accompany the student in Italy. The cost is calculated based on the number of days, hours, and the target city

Payments Steps:

• Admission Only: The admission fee is collected in two instalments (on the contract signing day and on the day of receiving the admission)
• For Visa, Scholarship, and Italy Services: The cost is collected in two instalments
• Other Contracts: In the Guaranteed and Golden Packages, the contract cost is collected in three instalments (on the contract signing day – embassy entry day – visa receipt day)

Bank and Payments Methods:

• Bank transfer to the Parex account in Milan, Italy
• Cash payment at the Parex office in Milan, Italy
• Visa e Mastercard payment at the Parex office in Milan, Italy
• Bank transfer to the Parex account in Istanbul, Turkey
• Cash payment at the Parex office in Istanbul, Turkey.

Contract for Services from Parex:

• Online: With the central office in Milan
• In-person: At the company’s offices in Milan or Istanbul, or through Parex representatives in Iran.
