Frequently Asked

+ Why should I work with you if I can apply to the universities by myself?

Indeed, all the students can apply by themselves. However, hundreds of students entered Italian universities with our assistance avoiding stress and losing time and money. We know precisely how to choose the programs that fit any student’s background and prepare the perfect package of documents. We understand the peculiarities of being admitted at different universities: what the commission pays attention to, how to present yourself correctly, what is better to write in a motivation letter for a bachelor’s degree, what for a master’s degree, and so on. We continuously update ourselves about the latest education and visa requirements news. It is much more difficult to collect this information independently without access to professional sources.

+ Can you guarantee that I will enter a university?

More than 95% of our students enter universities. If we receive rejection from any program, we improve the documents, add some missing information in the motivation letter or CV and make an application to another university.

If students have the whole pack of required documents and sufficient English, it is almost impossible that they will not be accepted.

+ Once I have applied, how long does it take to find out if I have been accepted?

It always depends on the university. We cannot influence it, but if there is no response for too long, we contact the institution and ask for the reasons for the delay. However, typically all the students receive the response within several weeks.

+ How can you help me to save my money for studying?

We want education to be as accessible as possible for everyone, so we help students save money on tuition. We advise the students on the best choices with the scholarship and can suggest the most affordable programs.

+ What if I receive a rejection from a university?

We always suggest more choices to our students and continue on multiple applications. It is normal to receive a rejection sometimes, but it does not absolutely mean that there is nothing that can be done. We find a solution for every student.

+ Why should I trust you?

Before starting work, we conclude an agreement with you that spells out the rights and obligations of each party. We always approach our work honestly and responsibly. On our website, you can also find the reviews of the students who have already enrolled in the universities with our help.

+ Can I choose the university?

Of course, you can tell us all your preferences, and we will decide together whether it is possible to enroll in a particular university. For example, some universities ask for a very high GPA, and entering them with a medium score is impossible. Thus, the answer is “yes”, but it depends on some crucial arguments.

+ What should I do if my school diploma (or Bachelor's degree) score is not high?

Firstly, you should not worry about it. A lot of universities do not care about the score of your diploma. The most important thing is to have a diploma and all other required documents. Many admissions committee members look more not at the score but at your compelling and inspiring motivation letter and the experience stated in your CV.

+ What if my English is not perfect?

More than 85% of all the programs require the level of English at B2, so you do not have to know the language as a native speaker. There are few courses – in humanitarian studies – where the level of English should be very high, at least C1.

+ Is it a problem if I do not speak Italian?

For your studies in English, it is fine. Moreover, it is okay for your university life in general. However, living in Italy outside the university can sometimes be difficult without speaking Italian. In big cities like Rome or Milan, many people know English, and instead, in towns with few tourists, it is already more complicated not to speak Italian. However, we truly believe that studying the language of the country where you live is necessary. Thus, we always recommend all our students attend courses in the Italian language which you can find at any university. Very often, these courses are free.

+ Can I change the sphere of my previous education and study a different subject?

It depends on the university, as not all require the students to have a background in a particular sphere or to continue their previous education by force.

+ What if, once in Italy, I still need help?

If you still need our help, we are always ready to assist you via email. However, all the universities have special offices for international students that help with any problem or doubt. Please, do not hesitate to contact these offices for support as we realize how challenging it could be to stay in a foreign country during the first weeks or months. However, you can be sure that this experience is undoubtedly worth it.
